1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, services, and transactions conducted by Inline Sales & Service Ltd. (“Inline Sales,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing products or services from us, the customer (“you” or “the client”) agrees to these Terms in full.

No variation of these Terms shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by an authorized representative of Inline Sales & Service Ltd.


2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice due to material, supplier, or market fluctuations.

  • All prices are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless specified otherwise.

  • Inline Sales reserves the right to correct typographical or clerical errors in any quotation, invoice, or document.


3. Orders and Acceptance

  • Orders are only binding upon written confirmation from Inline Sales.

  • Cancellations or changes to orders must be approved in writing and may incur restocking or administrative fees.

  • Custom or special-order products are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has begun.


4. Payment Terms

  • Standard payment terms are net 30 days for account customers and due upon receipt for all new customers or online orders from the invoice date unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may be subject to 2% monthly interest (24% per annum).

  • Inline Sales reserves the right to withhold delivery or suspend services if payment is overdue.

  • Ownership of all goods remains with Inline Sales until payment is received in full.


5. Delivery and Risk

  • Delivery dates are estimates only. Inline Sales is not liable for delays beyond its control.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup.

  • The customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and report damages or discrepancies within 5 business days.


6. Warranty and Returns

  • Inline Sales provides warranty support based on the manufacturer’s standard warranty terms.

  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and must be submitted within the warranty period.

  • Inline Sales’ responsibility under warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or credit, at its discretion.

  • Returned goods require prior authorization and must be shipped prepaid and in original condition.

  • Pump seal warranty period: 7 days from date of installation (refer to seal warranty procedure).


7. Service Work

  • All field service or repair work will be billed at current shop or field rates, plus applicable travel and material costs.

  • Inline Sales is not responsible for system design, installation errors, or pre-existing equipment conditions.

  • Service reports and recommendations are provided in good faith but do not guarantee system performance beyond our direct work.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Inline Sales shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, production, or business.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service involved.

  • Products and systems must be installed and operated in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable codes.


9. Force Majeure

Inline Sales shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, supply shortages, transportation issues, or natural disasters.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.


11. Privacy Policy

Inline Sales collects customer information solely for business purposes, such as order processing, billing, and communication. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except as required to fulfill orders or by law.


12. Acceptance

By placing an order, receiving a quotation, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
